Shipping, Product & Refunds Policy

​Thank you for choosing The Cookie Press! Please read our policies below regarding products, shipping, and refunds.​
 

We’re proud of our 3D printed cookie cutters and stamps and aim to deliver high-quality products every time. Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight imperfections - such as fine lines, minor bumps, or textured spots - may be present. These do not affect the final look of your fondant.

If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping


We currently ship orders across Australia and internationally to select countries.
 

Processing & Dispatch:
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer - we’ll note any dispatch delays on our website banner so you’re always kept in the loop.

 

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Thresholds:
 

  • Flat rate shipping within Australia: $10

  • Free shipping in Australia for orders over $100 AUD

  • Free shipping to New Zealand for orders over $130 AUD

  • Free shipping to the US, UK, and Canada for orders over $170 AUD
     

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
 

Courier Delays:
Once your order has left our hands, it’s in the care of the courier. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delays can sometimes occur due to issues beyond our control (such as courier hold-ups, route disruptions, or high-volume periods).

 

We are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by shipping providers, but we will always support you in lodging an investigation if something goes wrong.
 

Refunds & Faulty Items


We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at hello@thecookiepress.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we’ll offer a refund or replacement.

 

Please note, we do not refund or replace items damaged due to misuse. If damage occurs during shipping, reach out to us right away so we can assist in investigating with the shipping provider.
